Coastline College Dolphin Assistance Program (DAP) Application

The Student Equity program is here to support your academic success by providing a variety of resources through the Dolphin Assistance Program (DAP).

This DAP resource request form will take between three to seven minutes to complete, depending on your needs. You can use this form to request assistance with textbooks and technology for your Spring 2026 Coastline courses.

If you are in need of emergency assistance, short-term housing assistance, and/or any other need(s) not addressed in this resource request form, please complete the Basic Needs Student Assistance Form.
