Hispanic Heritage Month: Guest Speaker - Alex (Panda) Armendariz

Alex "Panda" Armendariz (Mescalero Apache descendant) is an Indigenous scholar and professional that serves the Southern California Indigenous community in multiple capacities. He currently serves as the Director of Tribal Relations in the Office of Government, Tribal, and Community Relations at California State University, San Bernardino. Panda is also a graduate of the University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in Native American Studies and a current graduate student in the M.S. Regenerative Studies program at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
