GWC Car Show - Vendor Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in vending at the Chrome For College Car Show.

Date: 10/24/2026
Time: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Location: GWC Lot H, I, J (Off Gothard St.)

Please see below for the donation amount associated with each type of vendor. 

• Food Vendors - $200
• Merchandise vendors (selling goods/merchandise) - $150
• Non-Profit/Community Organizations or Community Businesses (non-vending or vending a service) - $100

*All vendors should to bring their own tent, table(s), table cloths, and chairs needed

Vendor Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid photo identification - State issued Driver’s License (within the United States), State issued Identification Card (within the United States), U.S. Passport, Consulate Card

Required Documents for Vendors

• 0-2 selling days at GWC Swap meet - valid photo identification (see Vendor Requirements above)
• 3-8 selling days at GWC Swap meet  - valid seller’s permit (see Seller’s Permit Information)
• 9 or more selling days at GWC Swap meet - City of Huntington Beach business License (see Business License Information)
• *If you do not vend at the GWC Swap meet, you only need to follow the Vendor Requirements listed above

Food Vendor Requirements

• Meet the Vendor requirements listed above
• Approved by the OC Health Department
• Proof of liability insurance
• City of HB Business License (If vendor has sold a minimum of 8 times at the GWC Swap Meet in a January – December calendar year)
• * CDTFA seller’s permit (If vendor has sold a minimum of 2 times at the GWC Swap Meet in a January – December calendar year)

Once you have completed the form, the GWC Foundation will review your information and contact you to confirm your slot.
