Basic Needs Resource Presentation Request

This form is for faculty who wish to schedule a Basic Needs Resource presentation for their class. Our Basic Needs Center, The Stand, provides students with access to essential resources, including food, clothing, housing assistance, transportation support, and community connections. Presentations can be tailored to fit your class’s time frame and address specific student needs.

Please complete this request form at least one week in advance of your preferred date to allow sufficient time for scheduling and preparation. After submitting, a member of our team will follow up to confirm the details and any special requests.

Professor and Course Information
Presentation or Tour 

Classroom Presentation (10–15 minutes)
A brief introduction to The Stand featuring a slide presentation about our food pantry, available resources, how students can access services, and the support available through the Basic Needs Program.

Food Pantry Tour (15–20 minutes)
A guided walk-through of The Stand where students can learn about our services, explore the pantry layout, and experience the shopping process firsthand while becoming familiar with available resources.
