Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a hands-on ceviche making workshop. Learn the history behind the dish, prepare your own serving, and take home a recipe card. The Basic Needs Center will share resources and host a short presentation. After the workshop, visit The Stand to explore food support and other services available to students. The event will take place outdoors by the Student Union side tables facing The Stand.
