Managing Overwhelm in a Stressful Political Climate Workshop RSVP
Join us for a workshop presented by Rosa Revuelta on how to manage overwhelm in a stressful political climate.
Date: Monday, March 23, 2026
Time: 11:30 AM - 1 PM
Location: Zoom (RSVP for link)
The current political climate is creating real stress and anxiety. On top of showing up to work, school, and for your families, many of us are constantly exposed to violence and harm happening under the administration. For people of color especially, finding space to process and respond to this reality can feel impossible. This 90-minute workshop recognizes that what you're feeling is a normal response to an abnormal situation. We'll talk openly about the weight of this moment and learn practical tools to manage overwhelm, not to make it disappear, but to help you move through it and stay grounded.
Topics covered:
Understanding and naming the weight of overwhelm
Why this moment hits differently for communities of color
Practical tools for taking care of yourself when it feels impossible to do so
