Join us for a peaceful Sound Bath and Healing Session designed to promote deep relaxation, inner balance, and renewal. Surrounded by the beautiful Horticulture Gardens at Orange Coast College, allow soothing sound vibrations to calm the mind and release tension. Bring a yoga mat or blanket, come as you are, and give yourself space to slow down, reconnect, and recharge.
